Each Unit consisted of one Astron common share and\none transferable common share purchase warrant, each exercisable to\npurchase one Astron common share at a price of $0.15 for a period of\none year. Conditional acceptance to the Private Placement has been\nreceived from the TSX Venture Exchange.\n \n \n \n \n No finder’s fees were paid in connection with the\nPrivate Placement.
