Vancouver / TheNewswire / September 24, 2018 - Astron Connect Inc. (TSXV:AST) reports the change of its fiscal year-end date to September 30th. In connection with the closing of Astron's qualifying transaction, Sachiel Holdings Ltd. and Sachiel Water Inc. became subsidiaries of Astron. The financial year-end date of each of these subsidiaries is September 30th. Accordingly, Astron is changing its financial year-end to align with that of the subsidiaries.
