(“SCBEC”) to\nparticipate in the International Commodities Exchange/Exhibition\nCenter (the “ICE Exhibition Center”) in Sanya, Hainan Province,\nChina.\n \n \n \n \n This venture launches Astron into the next phase of the\nCompany’s strategic plan.  Astron went public in August 2018 with a\nstrategy to promote and supply authentic Canadian food and beverage\nproducts to China and other emerging markets. Astron currently has two\nof its own brands of bottled water selling in China under the Sachiel\nand Manna labels.\n \n \n \n \n SCBEC, a state-owned enterprise, is a key supply chain\nplatform in Hainan Free Trade Port with a strategic goal to import\nhigh-quality foreign products into China while exporting famous,\nhigh-quality products from China to foreign countries.
