ENHERTU® (fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki) plus pertuzumab approved in the US as first new treatment in a decade for the 1st-line treatment of patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer
WILMINGTON, Del., December 15, 2025--AstraZeneca and Daiichi Sankyo’s ENHERTU® (fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki) in combination with pertuzumab has been approved in the US for the 1st-line treatment of adult patients with unresectable or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer, as determined by a Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved test.
