The scheme document in connection with the Scheme was sent by Amlin to Scheme Shareholders on 5 October 2015 (the \"Scheme Document\").\nAmlin and MSI are pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice has, today, made an order sanctioning the Scheme under section 899 of the Companies Act 2006 (the \"Court Order\").\nThere has been no change to the expected timetable for the transaction announced by Amlin on 21 January 2016.\nIt is expected that dealings in Scheme Shares will be suspended with effect from 5.00 p.m. (London time) on 29 January 2016, that the Scheme will become effective upon delivery of the Court Order to the Registrar of Companies, which is expected to take place on 1 February 2016, and that the cancellation of both the listing of Scheme Shares on the Official List and of the admission to trading of Scheme Shares on the London Stock Exchange are expected to take place by no later than 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 2 February 2016.\nThe last day of dealing in, and registration of transfers of Scheme Shares will be 29 January 2016.\nOther\nNote that terms defined in the Scheme Document shall have the same respective meanings when used in this announcement unless otherwise defined herein.\nEnquiries\n\n\n\n\nMSI(Corporate Communicat...
