The terms \n of reference of the new committee, and revised terms of reference of the \n Audit Committee, both effective from 1 January 2011, have been posted in \n the Corporate Governance section of Amlin’s website.\n \n \n The Chairman of the new Committee is Mr Richard Davey, an independent \n non-executive director, and its two other members are Mr Nigel Buchanan, \n the senior independent non-executive who continues as chairman of the \n Audit Committee, and Mr Roger Taylor, non-executive chairman of the \n Company.
