Associated British Foods plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting on December 5, 2025, with strong shareholder support. The annual report and accounts received 99.99% of votes in favour, the declaration of final dividend achieved 100%, and the re-election of most directors saw over 98.5% approval. Notably, the resolution for the directors' authority to allot shares received 95.95% in favour, and the adoption of the 2025 Restricted Share Plan garnered 99.32% support.
