Associated British Engineering PLC 14 March 2001 Following the Extraordinary General Meeting held today at 11.00 am in Thatcham, the ordinary shareholders approved the resolution for the sale of the site at Havant for approximately £926,000 net of costs. It is expected that completion will take place within ten working days.
