ASOS Plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting were passed by a significant majority, with votes for each resolution ranging from 71.22% to 71.95% of the total votes cast. Notably, resolutions 18 and 19 concerning share repurchases and notice periods for general meetings were withdrawn following shareholder engagement.
