Following this transaction, Jørgen Lindemann holds 130,052 Shares in the Company.\n \nIn addition, José Antonio Ramos Calamonte, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 Shares on 26 May 2023 at £4.181 per share as part of the retail offer for Shares of the Company, which was also announced on 25 May 2023.
