[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2972P ASOS PLC 13 July 2010 \n \n\n13 July 2010\nASOS plc (\"ASOS\" or the \"Company\")\nAwards under Performance Share Plan\nOn 12 July 2010, conditional incentive share awards granted on 10 July 2007 under the ASOS Performance Share Plan 2006 (the \"Plan\") vested in accordance with the terms of the Plan. These awards vested in full in accordance with the performance conditions applicable to those awards based on the Company's earnings per share growth over a three-year performance period.
