[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1068X ASOS PLC 07 August 2009 \n \n7 August 2009\n\n \nASOS plc\n ('ASOS' or 'the Company')\n\nAdditional Listing and Director's Shareholding\n\nThe Company has been notified that Robert Bready, Product and Trading Director, has exercised options over 285,000 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at an exercise price of 98 pence per share for 125,000 Ordinary Shares and 53.5 pence per share for 160,000 Ordinary Shares. Following this exercise, Mr. Bready sold 285,000 Ordinary Shares at 340 pence per share. After this transaction, Mr. Bready continues to hold 30,000 shares in the Company and holds no further options under the Company's share schemes. \n\nIn addition, Jon Kamaluddin, International Director, has exercised options over 161,739 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 43.50 pence per share for 10,000 Ordinary Shares and 58.25 pence per share for 151,739 Ordinary Shares. Following this exercise, Mr. Kamaluddin sold 161,739 Ordinary Shares at 340 pence per share. After this transaction, Mr. Kamaluddin holds no shares in the Company and continues to hold share options over a further 309,261 shares under the Company's share schemes.\n\nThe Company has also been notified that two other employees have exercised options over 43,590 Ordinary Shares which had been granted under one of the Company's share option schemes. \n\nApplication will be therefore made for the 490,329 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
