This dividend on the Company's common shares is\n payable on December 3rd 2010. The board of directors decided to declare a special one time\n dividend in light of the Company's profitability to date in 2010 \n\n\nATN operates 29 television channels including general interest channels,\n Bollywood movie channels, regional language channels and sports and\n lifestyle channels.
