[{"type":"text","content":"\n Asiamet clarifies previous technical disclosureOn December 3, 2015, Asiamet Resources Limited (the \"Company\") filed a technical report titled \"Beruang Kanan Main Zone, Kalimantan Indonesia: 2015 Resource Estimate Report\", prepared by Duncan Hackman of Hackman and Associates Pty. Ltd. effective and dated November 30, 2015.Following a review of the Company's technical disclosure by the British Columbia Securities Commission (\"BCSC\"), the Company filed an amended technical report (the \"Amended Report\") on January 29, 2016, to address the NI 43-101 deficiencies identified by the BCSC. The Amended Report, compliant with NI 43-101, is effective November 30, 2015 and signed January 28, 2016.The Amended Report removed notices that limit its use or publication and disclaimers that are contrary to NI 43-101. The Amended Report now summarizes all material scientific and technical information in respect of the property rather than incorporating that information by reference to the appendices. Section 14 of the Amended Report explains the basis for selecting a 0.2% Cu base-case cut-off grade for the Amended Report's resource estimates.
