This power station is a large-scale coal-electricity integrated pithead power station with a designed power generation capacity of about 6 billion kWh/year. It is crucial to promoting coal mining, industrial and economic development in western Inner Mongolia. After the Project is completed, it will assist the power plant in achieving real-time production data collection and transmission, greatly improving the operation efficiency, and laying a solid foundation for building an intelligent, efficient and green \"smart power plant\".\n 01 Private 5G network with \"no dead ends\" will reduce costs, improve efficiency and ensure safety for power plant foundation construction and production & operation\n In 2024, the construction of China Coal Uxin Banner Power Plant entered the preliminary preparation phase, and the selection of wireless communication network technology was put on the agenda accordingly.\n \n \n \n The communication networks of traditional thermal power plants mostly rely on industrial grade WiFi, which has problems such as poor stability, high latency, low security, high operation and maintenance cost, low operation and maintenance efficiency, and delayed response. Focusing on foundation construction and long-term production & operation requirements, China Coal Uxin Banner Power Plant decided to replace traditional WiFi with private 5G network.
