(OTC: AABB) (“AABB” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire a 100% interest in a high potential property in the prolific mining region of Hostotipaquillo, Jalisco, Mexico. The 4,081 hectare high-grade acquisition target concession #239735 named Picachos IV is located a rapidly developing area and is adjacent to producer GoGold Resources Inc.’s (TSX: GGD) OTCQX: GLGDF) Los Ricos South property. The total purchase price of the property was $1,000,000 and the Company is working to acquire additional mining concessions in the area. The Picachos gold project is another prospective high yield asset addition in the Company’s strategic expansion initiative to acquire gold production and increase the AABB’s physical gold holdings. AABB has now extended its previous due diligence activities on the property into a full development program. The Company will be utilizing the program data gathered to plan and accelerate a drilling program and move forward to production as soon as possible.
