[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n The following amendments have been made to the 'Result of Annual General Meeting' announcement released on 17 June 2023 at 12.04 under RNS No 3140P.\n \n \n \n The results of Aseana Properties Limited's Annual General Meeting have been restated to reflect an error in the counting of the votes validly submitted in respect of the AGM resolutions. \n \n \n Resolutions 1 and 3-6 were passed with the requisite majority and Resolution 2, t\n o re-elect Christopher Lovell\n , did not pass.
