The additional information principally consists of a baseline survey report to measure the current state of the greenfield site on which the proposed plant will be constructed. \n \nThis request has been issued as a result of changes to environmental legislation which have been introduced since the IPPC permit application was initially awarded in June 2015. The project partners have substantially completed the work required. The submission will be finalised and submitted within the next three weeks.
