Admission of these shares is expected to be effective at 8.00am on 25 January 2011.\n \n6,700,000 of these ordinary shares have been issued and allotted as a result of the exercise of options and 1,512,886 ordinary shares have been issued and allotted to satisfy some outstanding historic invoices, in aggregate totalling £114,725.55.\n \nAs a consequence of the above allotment and issue, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue at the date of this notice is 528,543,185 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
