Ascot PLC 13 June 2000 Ascot plc ('the Company') The Company was advised on 12 June 2000 that Mr Martin Rogers, a main Board Director, yesterday purchased 10,000 Ascot Ordinary Shares at 300 pence per shares. The shares will be registered in the name of Martin John Rogers and Helen Beth Rogers as Trustees of the Martin Rogers FURBS.
