This transfer was effected by the sale on 1 July 2010 of 2,000,000 Shares by Jeremy Eng at a price of 3.615p a Share and by the purchase on 1 July 2010 of 2,000,000 Shares by Jeremy's SIPP at a price of 3.635p.
