Chirotech Technology Acquisition Passed

ASCOT PLC 15 October 1999 EGM Resolutions passed At an extraordinary general meeting of Ascot plc held today, a resolution was passed to approve the acquisition of the remaining 70 per cent of the issued shares of Chirotech Technology Limited not already owned by Ascot ('the Acquisition'). Completion of the Acquisition is expected to take place on Tuesday, 19 October 1999.
