This is the first award of options since May 2015.\nThe recipients include Directors of the Company as follows:\n\n\n\n\nColin Hutchinson\n\n\n34,031,255\n\n\n\n\nClive Carver\n\n\n13,612,502\n\n\n\n\nNigel Moore\n\n\n6,806,251\n\n\n\n\nCameron Davies\n\n\n6,806,251\n\n\n\n\n \nThe award is subject to the rules of the 2013 Incentive Scheme, they are not exercisable, unless otherwise provided for under the rules of the scheme for a period of three years from the date of grant.
