Final dividend for 2018

Payments of dividends in sterling

On 16 April 2019, the directors of ASA International Group plc announced that the final dividend for 2018 would be US¢ 7.3 per share. This final dividend is to be paid on 28 June 2019 to shareholders on the share register on 7 June 2019. The dividend is payable in cash in sterling to holders of ordinary shares.

Sterling dividends payable in cash will be converted from US dollars at the market exchange rate of $1 = £0.7645. Accordingly, the amount of sterling dividend to be paid in cash on the 28th June 2019 will be: 5.581 pence per share.
