[{"type":"text","content":"\n Artisan (UK) PLC\n09 August 2007\n\n\n\n\n\n Artisan (UK) plc\n\n\n Second Major pre-let\n\n\nArtisan (UK) plc ('Artisan' or 'the Group'), the residential house builder and\ncommercial business park developer, announces further progress in developing its\nproperty businesses with the pre-let of a new unit at its Vantage Business Park\nin Huntingdon. The unit will be retained as the second property within Artisan's\ninvestment property business and will be partly occupied by Artisan's head\noffice.\n\n\nThe Board announced in May 2007 its strategy of retaining selected properties\nfrom its development portfolio as investment properties together with the\nannouncement of the first investment property at Colmworth.\n\n\nThe agreement to lease is in respect of a bespoke unit at Vantage Business Park\nin Huntingdon, due for build completion in late 2007. The building will be in\ntwo parts with Speymill Group plc (''Speymill'') occupying 5,000 sq ft and\nArtisan occupying 3,000 sq ft.
