[{"type":"text","content":"\n Artisan (UK) PLC\n19 January 2007\n\n\n\nARTISAN (UK) PLC\n\n19 January 2007\n\nRESULT OF EGM RE THE CAPITAL REORGANISATION\n\nAt the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held today at 11:00 am, all of\nthe Resolutions were duly passed. The Capital Reorganisation will therefore\nproceed.\n\nThe record date for the Capital Reorganisation will be the close of business\ntoday, 19 January 2007. The New Ordinary Shares of 20p each created by the\nCapital Reorganisation are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM from 8:00\nam on Monday 22 January 2007.\n\nPayments for Fractional Entitlements, where payable, and definitive new share\ncertificates, where appropriate, will be paid or despatched to shareholders on 2\nFebruary 2007.
