Thomson, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2024 has been published and that its Notice of its Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") has been issued to shareholders.\n \nThe AGM will be held virtually at 9.00 a.m. on 21 May 2025, and will be hosted from 10 George Street, Edinburgh.
