[{"type":"text","content":"\n Artisan (UK) PLC\n20 July 2007\n\n20 July 2007\n\n Artisan (UK) plc\n\n Board Appointment\n\n\n\nThe Board of Artisan (UK) plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael\nEyres, aged 50, to the Board.\n\nMr Eyres joined Artisan in 1999, becoming Managing Director of its business park\n\ndevelopment subsidiary Artisan (UK) Developments Limited in 2001. Previously he\nwas Sales Development Manager at Astec Projects Ltd. Between 1988 and 1998 he\nheld the position of Commercial Manager at Potton Group, involved in both its\nresidential and healthcare property subsidiaries. He is a Member of the\nChartered Institute of Building, having trained originally as a Quantity\nSurveyor.\n\nChris Musselle, Chief Executive of Artisan (UK) plc commented:\n\n'The Board welcome Michael to the Board at a time when Artisan (UK) Developments\nLimited is expanding and performing strongly. He will take particular\nresponsibility on the Board for the Group's commercial development activities, a\nnatural extension to his position of Managing Director of Artisan (UK)\nDevelopments Limited.'\n\nMr Eyres is also a Director of Artisan (UK) Projects Limited.\n\nMr Eyres currently holds 300 ordinary shares in Artisan (UK) plc.
