(\n \n \"Metso Outotec\"\n \n ), a subsidiary of Metso Outotec Corporation, to secure supply and delivery of crushing and grinding equipment for the Company's Blackwater Gold Project (\"\n \n Blackwater\n \n \" or the \"\n \n Project\n \n \") in Central British Columbia.\n \n \n The Agreement was executed as part of the interim services agreement with Sedgman announced in\n \n May 2022\n \n . This agreement secures the pricing and supply of the 4265Mk-III primary gyratory crusher, the HP 900 secondary and tertiary cone crushers and the 14MW Ball Mill for the Phase 1 process plant at Blackwater. The cost of the crushing and grinding equipment is in line with the\n \n $312 million\n \n EPC price awarded to Sedgman in\n \n May 2022\n \n .\n \n \n \n Jeremy Langford\n \n , COO commented,\n \n \"Securing the pricing and delivery schedule for the long-lead time crushing and grinding equipment with Metso Outotec is another key derisking catalyst for the Blackwater Project.
