("Stratic" or the "Company") announces that it has,\nin the ordinary course of business granted stock options to directors,\nofficers and employees to acquire up to 5,175,000 common shares of the Company\nto directors, officers and employees of the Company under its stock option\nplan.\n\n\nThe exercise price of C$0.30 represents an 21.4% premium over to the\nvolume weighted average trading price of Stratic's shares on the TSX Venture\nExchange over the last five business days immediately preceding the grant of\nthe options. The share options will expire on June 4, 2019 and will vest in\nincrements of 25% at grant and thereafter every six months until fully vested\nby December 5, 2010.\n\n\nThe awards were made to the following individuals and groups of\nindividuals:\n\n\nJohn van der Welle, Chief Financial Officer and director 750,000\nMark Bilsland, Chief Operating Officer and director 1,050,000\nOther Officers 2,325,000\nEmployees 1,050,000\n\n\nStratic currently has 272,635,224 common shares issued and outstanding.\n\n\nThe TSX Venture Exchange has not reviewed and does not accept\nresponsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of the contents of this\nrelease.\n\n\n","length":1527,"tagName":"div"}]
