("Stratic" or the "Company") wishes to remind shareholders\n of the forthcoming\nspecial meeting to be held on November 2, 2010 at which shareholders\n will be asked to vote\nupon the previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement")\n with EnQuest PLC\n("EnQuest"). The special meeting is scheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m.\n (Toronto time) at the\nToronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville Hotel in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.\n\n\nIn order to proceed, the Arrangement must be approved by a majority of\n not less than 66 2/3 % of\nvotes cast by shareholders in person or by proxy at the special meeting\n and, if endorsed, must\nalso be approved by the Supreme Court of Yukon pursuant to the\n arrangement provisions of the\nBusiness Corporations Act (Yukon).
