There are now 30,825,000 common shares issued and outstanding as a result of the split, of which 8,100,000 are free trading.\r\n\r\nCantex Energy Corp, (See www.cantexenergy.com) is a junior exploration oil and gas company with the participation rights to earn an 18 percent working interest in approximately 1200 gross acres in the West Anthills Prospect in Niobrara County Wyoming. The Company can earn this interest by paying 22.5 percent of all drilling and completion cost. Trace Maurin, President and CEO states... \"Although the play is still considered exploratory in nature, our independent engineering reports based on extensive data, including sonic logs and historical production records of wells along the same targeted channel and 2 d seismic confirm a favorable risk reward opportunity for the Company.\"\r\n\r\n Management's interpretation of the data indicates a potential of eight wells, based on forty acre spacing. Historical production on the targeted channel have range from 200 to 360 BOED in year one and two with a steady decline over 15 years.
