Accordingly, Sonic Focus will port and\noptimize their audio post-processing algorithms and software to ARC's audio\nplatforms, which will be available for licensing directly by OEM companies\nworldwide. The combination of Sonic Focus's and ARC's solutions will enable\nunsurpassed audio fidelity for consumers using a wide range of electronic\nproducts including mobile handsets, and car audio and home theater systems.\nThis announcement is part of the acquisition of Sonic Focus by ARC International\nthat was disclosed today.
