The exercise price of the options was €0.01 per share.\n \nThe option exercise and corresponding issue of New Shares has led to the following changes to directors' holdings:\n \n\n\n\n\nName\n\n\nNumber of options exercised\n\n\nTotal shareholding following the issue of New Shares\n\n\nHolding as a percentage of the Company's issued ordinary share capital\n\n\n\n\nJohn Teeling\n\n\n600,000\n\n\n1,600,001\n\n\n5.99\n\n\n\n\nJames Finn\n\n\n400,000\n\n\n1,400,001\n\n\n5.24\n\n\n\n\n \n \nApplication to AIM and Total Voting Rights\n \nApplication has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission of the New Shares will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 11 April 2013. \nFollowing the issue of the New Shares, the Company's issued share capital is 26,709,711 ordinary shares of €0.01 each, with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote.
