ALBANS, England, June 21, 2007 - ARC International (LSE: ARK) today\nannounced that its Board of Directors has appointed Steven Gunders to the Board\nas a Non Executive Director. Gunders will become Chairman of the Remuneration\nCommittee and a member of the Audit Committee.\n\n\nSteven Gunders is a qualified C.P.A. and holds an MBA from the University of\nChicago. A former partner with Deloitte and Touche, he has more than 35 years\nof financial consulting experience. Most recently, Gunders was the global lead\nconsulting partner at Deloitte Consulting with a particular focus on private\nequity clients' buy and build strategies both in the United States and\ninternationally.\n\n\nCommenting on his appointment, Gunders said, \"ARC has ambitious plans for growth\nboth organically and through acquisition, and I am delighted to be joining the\ncompany at this exciting point in its history.
