The agreement covers several ARC(R) products and was\ncompleted in the second half of 2007.\n\nKey benefits ARC's configurable solutions bring to Intel's system-on-chip (SoC)\ndevelopers include the ability to reduce power consumption and increase a\nchipset's performance by adding custom instruction extensions.
