Acquisition of Namibia Uranium and £1.7m Placing

Arkle Resources PLC has announced the acquisition of an 85% interest in Namibia Uranium Pty Ltd for £2.032 million, alongside an over-subscribed placing and subscription raising £1.7 million through the issuance of 425,000,000 ordinary shares at 0.4p each. The acquired licenses are adjacent to major uranium deposits in Namibia, with recent sampling confirming uranium presence up to 3,855 ppm U3O8. The funds raised will finance a 2026 exploration program including geophysics and 4,000 meters of drilling, and the company has appointed Rory Harding as Interim-CEO, Robin Birchall as Non-Executive Director, and Mark Burnett as Strategic Adviser.
