(the "Company") (NEX Trading Symbol: DAM.H) is pleased to announce that effective May 21, 2015, Richard Barnett, CPA, CGA, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of the Company, taking the place of Yenyou (Jeff) Zheng, who has resigned as CFO and a Director, and Joseph Charland, who has resigned from the position of Secretary.

Damon wishes to thank Mr. Zheng for his service as the Company's CFO, Secretary and Director over the past four years.
