He\nhas an accomplished background in public company fund raising,\ncorporate management/governance and merger/acquisition transactions.\nHe is a recognized expert in gold exploration with broad experience in\nmesothermal, epithermal and porphyry environments. \n\n\n \n\n\nMr. Wagner co-founded/founded/managed a number of\nAbitibi region explorers including West Timmins Mining, Falco Pacific\nResources and Balmoral Resources.
