This is the\narea in closest proximity to historical mining activity on the\nproperty.  However, it has been well known by the Company that the\narea being drilled occupies the westernmost portion of a far larger\nhydrothermal alteration footprint.  The current drilling is not only\ndrilling down dip of known mineralization but is testing the western\nfringe of Red Hill a pronounced topographic feature and a well-defined\nhyperspectral anomaly based on prior 30 metre resolution ASTER data.\nRed Hill is also identified by an underlying CSAMT geophysical\nanomaly.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n The new satellite WV3 hyperspectral\nsurvey was designed to provide mineral mapping across the entire\nproject at a resolution of three metres.  This greatly exceeds the\n30-metre resolution of the publicly available ASTER data the Company\nhad accessed previously.  In addition, the 2-metre resolution survey\ncan map a much broader suite of minerals than the ASTER data.\n Minerals it can identify include opal/chalcedony, alunite, calcite,\nchlorite/epidote, kaolinite, montmorillonite, sericite and hematite,\nall of which are critical components of the alteration suite that\ncharacterizes the Philadelphia low sulfidation epithermal\nsystem.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Mr. Greg Hahn, VP Exploration commented,\n“\n \n\n\n\n East\nPhiladelphia is our name for the large alteration package on the east\nportion of our claim block.  On the available ASTER data this large,\naltered area measures roughly 2x3 kilometres. For comparison it is\nsimilar in size and character to the large, altered area that overlies\nthe recently discovered Merlin deposit of AngloGold Ashanti, located\neast of ...
