(OTCBB: ASCC) Interim President Chris Less \n published the following open letter to the company’s shareholders today, \n looking back on 2015’s success and ahead to the company’s growth in the \n coming year.\n \n \n Dear Shareholders,\n \n \n I take over as Interim President of the Aristocrat Group Corp. at the \n end of a very exciting year for our company and it’s flagship product, \n Ultra-Premium Handcrafted RWB Vodka. Two years and 19 medals after RWB \n Vodka’s launch, the made-in-the-USA spirit is now the most awarded \n domestic American vodka. Currently, RWB Vodka is available in almost 300 \n retail outlets and upscale on-premise accounts in Texas. To date, the \n company’s geographic focus has been on Texas, one of North America’s \n largest and best markets for vodka. But with recent launches in \n Louisiana and Canada and upcoming distribution plans for California, \n Florida, New Jersey, New York and Nevada, the brand is on its way to \n becoming a significant force in North America’s growing spirits \n industry. To boost distribution further, ASCC engaged Texas Top Shelf, \n an beverage alcohol distributor with a strong logistical backbone \n nationwide. That deal will allow the company to expand its brand \n presence in some of North America’s most crucial distilled spirits \n markets, and the development of distribution partners will reduce the \n cost of delivery while expanding the sales footprint for both RWB Vodka \n and future brands.\n \n \n In addition, ASCC is currently in negotiations to acquire or partner \n with Famous Brands, LLC, a Texas-based firm with a portfolio of 17 \n distilled spirits brands. A potential acquisition of Famous Brands would \n significantly increase ASCC’s revenues in 2016 and beyond.\n \n \n Strong brand marketing has been key to ASCC’s growth over the past year. \n The company will continue to promote our distilled spirits through its \n partnership with rising country music star Curtis Braley, including \n sponsorship of his U.S. tour in the new year.
