(TSX: GCM) announced today that it has closed its previously announced offering of\n US$80,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured\n silver-linked notes at a price of US$1,000 principal amount per Note. \n The Offering was completed by a syndicate of agents, led by GMP\n Securities L.P. and included RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Fraser\n Mackenzie Limited, Raymond James Ltd. and TD Securities Inc.
