Jean Lamarre, Dominique Bouchard, Brian Ostroff, James Cowley, David DeBiasio, Marco Gagnon, Siva Pillay and Steven Pinney as directors of the Company during the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on June 28 in Montreal.\n\n\"The Arianne team continues to move towards the development of the mine as we progress our discussions with potential investors and off-takers,\" commented Jean-Sébastien David, Chief Operating Officer of the Company. \"The past year has been a very important and successful one for our project.
