The relocation brings the Company closer to the\ngrowing mining and exploration community in Turkey and to the various government\nagencies with which the Company communicates most frequently, including the\nDepartment of Energy and Natural Resources, Department of the Environment and\nForestry, General Directorate of Mining Affairs, and the General Directorate of\nMineral Research and Exploration (MTA).\n\nThe new office address and contact details are:\n\n\nGalata Madencilik San. ve Tic. All other personnel remain based at\nour Field Office in Sindirgi. The address of the Registered Office in Turkey\nremains unchanged.\n\n\nAppointment of Licence Manager\n\nMr. Bulent Yilmaz has been appointed as Licence Manager to the Company and is\nresponsible for managing the administrative and legal requirements of\nexploration/operational licences, applications and formal reporting for\nlicences, in addition to organising environmental and other operational permits\nfor our advanced projects. He is a Mining Engineer by profession, having\ngraduated from Dokuz Eylul University in 1992. After spending his early career\non several open-pit and underground mining operations for Turkish companies, he\nspent four years with the Turkish subsidiary of Anatolia Minerals Development\nLtd. as a licence and permits manager.\n\nIn addition to replacing our consultant Licence Manager, this appointment also\nsatisfies legal requirements for a Mining Engineer to oversee activities on\noperational licences held by the Company.
