HOLDING IN COMPANY
Ariana Resources plc ("the Company"), the gold exploration company
focused on Turkey, announces that it received notification on 13
March 2008 that RAB Capital plc, further to a disposal of 4,450,000
Shares on 5 March 2008, now has no direct holding in the Company but
retains 300,000 Shares through an indirect holding, representing
0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
