[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 9479I\n Ariana Resources PLC\n 18 August 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 18 August 2021\n \n \n AIM: AAU\n \n \n \n \n \n DIVIDEND DECLARATION \n \n \n \n \n \n Further to the announcement of 20 July 2021, Ariana Resources plc (\"Ariana\" or \"the Company\"), the AIM-listed mineral exploration and development company with joint-venture gold mining operations in Europe, is pleased to declare the payment of an interim gross dividend of 0.35 pence per share, the first tranche of the Company's Special Dividend.\n \n \n \n \n \n The record date for this interim dividend will be 27 August 2021, with the payment to be made by 26 September 2021.
