The Placing Shares are being issued in part payment for services rendered and fees due.Application has been made for the Placing Shares, which will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). Admission is expected to take place on or around 18 April 2016.Further to Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 809,108,456 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1p each, with voting rights (\"Ordinary Shares\"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
