Appointment of new director

(Effective Jan, 14, 2005) Wavefire.com Inc., (WAF.A) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr Martin Harwood to its Board of Directors. Mr
Harwood has served as an officer to Wavefire in the capacity of VP of research
& development and will continue to fulfill this role as a director.

Announces Resignation of Director

(Effective Jan, 12, 2005) Mr. Tom S Kusumoto has resigned as a Director
of the Company. On behalf of the Board and the Company, I would like to thank
