The preliminary results from the testing performed by SGS Canada Inc.,\n Lakefield, Ontario indicate a high quality iron concentrate, with an\n average grade of 68.5% Fe.\n\n\n\"The initial metallurgical test results confirm the potential of the\n Karas property and in conjunction with the past producing Griffith mine\n will produce a high grade feedstock to produce quality Hot Briquetted\n Iron product (HBI). In addition to the low silica and alumina, the low\n levels of deleterious elements like phosphorous indicate we will likely\n be able to produce a highly competitive scrap alternative for Electric\n Arc Furnace (EAF) operators. Our tests will be ongoing and will be\n incorporated in the forthcoming resource calculation to be completed by\n Rosco Postle and Associates. \" said Basil Botha, President & CEO.\n\n\nAverage Davis Tube Test Results at 325 Mesh\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\nFe2O3\n\n\nFe\n\n\nSiO2\n\n\nAl2O3\n\n\nMgO\n\n\nTiO2\n\n\nP2O5\n\n\nMnO\n\n\nCr2O3\n\n\nV2O5\n\n\nDTWR\n\n\nFe rec.\n\n\nAverage\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\n%\n\n\nHead Assay\n\n\n33.16\n\n\n23.2\n\n\n49.68\n\n\n7.76\n\n\n2.63\n\n\n0.26\n\n\n0.22\n\n\n0.07\n\n\n0.02\n\n\n0.01\n\n\n-\n\n\n-\n\n\n325 Mesh\n\n\n97.89\n\n\n68.5\n\n\n4.06\n\n\n0.44\n\n\n0.16\n\n\n0.06\n\n\n0.03\n\n\n0.06\n\n\n0.05\n\n\n0.02\n\n\n28.7\n\n\n84.87\n\n\n\n\n\nThe 9 composite samples were selected to represent a range of ore grades\n from 16% to 30% Fe.
