(\"Northern\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV: NFE) (OTCQX:\n NHRIF) (FRANKFURT: N8I) announces the nomination of David Miller, the former Mayor of Toronto,\n currently serving as a legal counsel with the Toronto law firm Aird &\n Berlis LLP, to stand for election to Northern's board of directors (the\n \"Board\") at the Annual General Meeting to be held on May 29th, 2012.\n\n\nMr. Basil Botha, President and CEO of the Company stated, \"Northern is\n delighted to announce the nomination for election of David Miller to\n the Company's Board.  David's appointment will continue our commitment\n to strengthen Northern's Board with experienced directors who can help\n us achieve our strategic goals more rapidly.
